# Issue connection from Wirecast to Wowza Streaming Cloud

Hi

I am getting an error

Cannot connect to the RTMP/Flash server at the given IP stream. Verify the server is reachable at the given address -4018

Is there anything I should change?

Hello,

You want to make sure that all details for the connection to Wowza Cloud are entered correctly in Wirecast, and also that the stream instance on Wowza Cloud is started.
