Hello.

I am implementing a video chat service via wowza + webRTC And I am wondering that whether there is any function that automatically control the quality of the video based on the status of network connection.

For example, during the streaming of 720p & 3600k bitrates and a user’s poor network connection is detected, is it(wowza or webRTC) possible to change the streaming quality like 360p or lowwer bitrates automatically?
