# Is it posible to implement a custom module via the Java AP to handle TTML to WebVTT conversion?

Hi, It seems that the TTML to WebVTT conversion when using a SMIL file does not support styling. We need to convert tts:fontStyle=“italic” to tags as shown in the Apple HTTP Live Streaming Example: [http://developer.apple.com/streaming/examples/basic-stream-osx-ios5.html](http://developer.apple.com/streaming/examples/basic-stream-osx-ios5.html)

Is it posible to implement a custom module via the Java AP to handle TTML to WebVTT conversion?
