# Iphone and IPad inbound bitrate grows uncontrollably and crashes

We have a stream running and when we connect to it and stream with an iphone or ipad the inbound bitrate keeps going up and up until it eventually crashes everything. The times it levels out is on a computer or android phone. What would be the cause of that? We are using what is essentially the publish page included in the documentation.

I’ve resolved this by adding a b=AS:[bitrate] to the sdp as it is built. Those devices seem to respect that but not the max-google entry that was already there.
