# Install Help needed please

Hi there,
Struggling with the install.
Have downloaded latest version and got it installed on windows (7) when I click on Wowza Streaming engines from programmes it opens a web window which is [http://localhost:8088/enginemanager](http://localhost:8088/enginemanager) the error message says **The requested resource could not be found.**
What am I doing wrong. According to the install video it should connect to the server and I can carry on with the install.
Please help asap.

In that case please zip up your [install-dir]/conf and /log folders and send them to support@wowza.com to open a ticket.
The support team will be able to diagnose your issues.
