Is there a cloud or dedicated server RTSP input connection limit? Or is it determined by the network only?

Also, would a EC2 i3.xlarge be able to handle 3000 RTSP low quality live input connections?

There are no limits imposed by Wowza Streaming Engine, only by the hardware and OS configuration.

We have an article on how to size your hardware.
