# I have implemented GOCoder basic app and i given host address , port and application name and all but am not able to connect my wowza server ?

Were you using an iOS or Android device? If you are able to get the device logs, do please [open a support ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) and send the logs to us. This will allow us to review what the issue could be in a secure manner.
