# I have created an trail account and a professional account with same bundle id? how to delete the trail account?

I have two accounts with same bundle id and wanted to delete the trail for my iOS app because I’ve purchased the paid with different e-mail id. Can you guide me how?

I think the best is to contact [support@wowza.com,](mailto:support@wowza.com,) they’ll be able to delete the trial-account for you.
