# I didn't receive the license after paid

I paid yesterday afternoon but I’m waiting answer.  
I paid but I couldn’t use I don’t understand. Is it normal?

Could you tell me where can I get it?

And one more thing when I paid yearly plan, I couldn’t change monthly plan?

Or what happened if I cancel the yearly payment?

I think some parts are not reasonable. I couldn’t get it.
