# I can't streaming in Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile

**_I can’t streaming in Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile_**

(select “Stream live video and audio” -\> button start “Connect”) I can’t start the streaming in Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile and all Samsung mobile I am using Wowza Gocoder SDK Latest Build in my app. When I start streaming got the issues from Wowza Gocoder SDk

Issue Details:

E/b: A broadcast component reported the following error during the START\_BROADCAST transition severity : ERROR error class : WZPlatformError **_error code : 65 description : An exception occurred attempting to start the video encoder exception_** : java.lang.IllegalStateException E/a: An exception occurred attempting to start the video encoder java.lang.IllegalStateException at android.media.MediaCodec.getOutputFormatNative(Native Method) at android.media.MediaCodec.getOutputFormat(MediaCodec.java:533) at com.wowza.gocoder.sdk.support.c.a.onStartEncoding(GoCoderSDK:540) at com.wowza.gocoder.sdk.support.c.a$a.handleMessage(GoCoderSDK:1037) at android.os.Handler.dispatchMessage(Handler.java:102) at android.os.Looper.loop(Looper.java:146) at com.wowza.gocoder.sdk.support.c.a.run(GoCoderSDK:279) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:841) =========================================================================

**_However, i can stream normally on Samsung Note 5 mobile. (android SDK 7.0, Nougat)_**

**_Why can not I stream on Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile? (android sdk 4.4.2 , Kikat)_**
