# I can not connect webrtmp to wowza. What could be wrong?

I can not connect webrtmp to wowza. What could be wrong?
Делаю все по инструкции, добавил сертификат:
```auto
INFO server comment - CertificateUtils.loadCertificateX509: X509 certificate successfully loaded: C:/Program Files (x86)/Wowza Media Systems/Wowza Streaming Engine 4.7.7/conf/[name].streamlock.net.jks
INFO server comment - WebRTCContext.init(): Loaded SSL certificate for WebRTC use on HostPort: 443
```
But still I can’t access the page: [https://[name].streamlock.net:9443/webrtc/publish/index.html](https://5d83329c4ff17.streamlock.net:9443/webrtc/publish/index.html)
When I start the stream on this site: [https://www.wowza.com/\_private/webrtc/4.7.0/publish/](https://www.wowza.com/_private/webrtc/4.7.0/publish/)
With url: wss://[name].streamlock.net/webrtc-session.json
Writes an error:
```auto
webrtc.js:165 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'addStream' on 'RTCPeerConnection': parameter 1 is not of type 'MediaStream'.
at WebSocket.wsConnection.onopen
```
Writes that the page was not found. What could be wrong?

What browser are you using @artem sh? This error can occur with Safari. Have you tested it in Chrome yet?

this error is made of chrome

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Th engineers will need a support ticket with all your files zipped so they can view your config and find the issue.
