# hundreds of local connections to serverIP:8087

Hello
when doing a netstat -na i notice hundreds of close\_wait connections from 127.0.0.1:xxxxx to 127.0.0.1:8087
never noticed such behavior, is it not normal ? could be related with my failed loadtest tests ?

Hi,
This should not be a major issue and the Manager is more than likely making the connections to 127.0.0.1:8087 as this is the REST API port. It should not cause any problems. If you have been using the Manager to track connections etc then this may explain the entries.

ok thx, still a bit weird as i dont see similar behavior on other instances…anyway the server is running fine so doesn’t look like a big deal
