# HTTPProviders not available

hi, Trying to monitor wowza via SNMP I read about the HTTPProviders [1]

Checking my qa and origin, running 4.8, it looks there is no listener at 8086.:

```auto
# curl -X GET http://user:passwd@IP:8086/connectioncounts
curl: (7) Failed connect to IP:8086; Connection refused

```

The server is up to collect stats. Is there something to be done so it listen to endpoints: connectioncounts , connectioninfo, serverinfo?

If you’re getting that specific IP address error, we’ll need to check your config to see why port 8086 isn’t bound to your server. Please send us a support ticket so we can take a look. Thanks.

[Did you check for any firewalls on that port?]
