# http and https

hello.

i have my server streaming over http

http://[ip]/prueba/ujoby/playlist.m3u8

i want to intall streamLock to streaming over https only for one customer.

https://[ip]/prueba/ujoby/playlist.m3u8

when intall de streamlock my others customers in the same server work fine over http?

work fine both http and https on the same server ?

Hello usastreams,

That is correct, you can serve the same content with http and https.

The streamlock (https) would require the streamlock domain to used in the stream URL.
