# How to stream an existing RTMP streaming to Youtube Live

Hi,

I have a RTMP stream from Akamai and I want to use Wowza Streaming Engine to send this video stream to Youtube Live.

I Try to use Wowza PushPublish AddOn but it only work if a stream directly to wowza, but it doesn’t work if I use an edge applicato to re-stream the akami RTMP stream.

Hi,

Can you tell us how you are re-streaming from Akamai? Are you connecting a stream file to your Wowza application? You should still be able to push publish to Youtube Live using this workflow.
