Hi all, How do we pecify the authentication parameters (username and password) for RTMP publishing in the url? The Wowza server is running on version 4.0.3.01. Thank you. Best Regards. ---

You might try our [ModuleSecureURLParams](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-secure-publishing-from-an-rtmp-encoder-that-does-not-support-authentication-modulesecureurlparams) module to enable security parameters within the URL. ---

Iif you have enabled Source Security for RTMP in the Wowza Streaming Engine configuration, and added a username + password under Server \> Source Authentication, you should be able to publish your stream to `rtmp://username:password@server.domain.tld/application/streamname`
