Couple of years ago organization I work for purchased license of stream media server. now I need to do program update, but could not remember user account and password. could anybody consult me how can I handle this issue? ---

Hey there @Tristan_gaphrindashv you would need to reach out to [customerservice@wowza.com](mailto:customerservice@wowza.com). Typically, you’d need to know the name of the person who had started the account and their email address the account is under. They would need to add you to the account by giving permission to customer service. If you had purchased the license yourself and it’s still valid, you could go into the Engine files and Username and password is stored in [install-dir]/conf/admin.password
