I has a IP-Camera that only support MPEG-4/RTSP.

I use VLC to re-stream and Trancode form the IP-Camera, and

I want to re-stream form the VLC to wowza.

like this :

IP-Cam ==MPEG-4/RTSP==\> VLC ==H264/RTP==\> Wowza

How wowza server can re-stream form VLC(H264/RTP) ?

mpeg4 part 10 is h.264. So, are you sure the camera does not already have native h.264 support? If it does you can use this guide to re-restream directly from the camera:

[http://community.wowza.com/t/-/247](http://community.wowza.com/t/-/247)

Otherwise, the VLC guide is here:

[https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-use-vlc-as-a-live-stream-encoder-with-wowza-media-server-mpeg-ts](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-use-vlc-as-a-live-stream-encoder-with-wowza-media-server-mpeg-ts)

You can adapt one of the VLC examples, and/or there are others you can find by searching this forum that would be better suited to your case.
