# How to burn in closed captions  in a RTMP stream

We need to burn-in closed captions into a RTMP stream so that we have an open captioned stream. Please suggest how it can be done using the Wowza Transcoder.

Hi @Virendra Raheja. You can add text (burn in captions) to the stream using a graphic overlay during the transcoding process.
