# How to add/modify mediaCacheLoadType

I’m trying to add the ServerListenerMediaCachePreload module to my Wowza installation. I followed the online instructions. in my error log file I get the following:

WARN server comment 2015-03-26 10:33:50 - - - - - 3.246 - - - - - - - - ServerListenerMediaCachePreload.onServerInit [mediaCacheLoadType not provided]

WARN server comment 2015-03-26 10:33:50 - - - - - 3.249 - - - - - - - - ServerListenerMediaCachePreload.onServerInit [no mediaCachePollingThread provided]

I have not been able to find any reference to mediaCacheLoadType. I also don’t know how to provide a mediaCachePollingThread.

Hi,

Can you open a support ticket by writing an email to support@wowza.com?

Please send in your Wowza configuration and log files in a ZIP (or other) archive so that we could take a closer look at your setup and additional logs that might provide information on that could be wrong.

Also, make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.
