# How long does it take for Wowza billing to respond to a ticket?

We are trying to renew a license and opened a ticket around 24 hours ago. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long we should expect to wait to get a response. Thank you.

Billing requests are answered in the order they are received. Usually you will receive a response within one business day but occasionally it can be longer.
