After a live stream ends, the recording is often the most underused asset: a one or two hour VOD that few people rewatch. I’m curious how people here handle repurposing.

A few approaches I’ve seen discussed:

- Cutting highlights manually from the recorded MP4 in an editor
- Using chapter markers or timestamps logged during the stream to speed up clipping
- Generating short vertical clips for social channels from key moments
- Using AI tools to turn stills or short segments into promo videos, for example Nereo ([https://www.nereo.io/](https://www.nereo.io/)) for short product-style clips

If you record with Wowza Streaming Engine, do you trigger any post-processing automatically when the recording finishes (for example a script that picks up the file from the content folder), or is it all manual after the event? Would be interesting to hear what has worked in practice.
