# How can I block rtsp traffic??

I want to know how I can block the RTSP traffic in wowza 3.5.
I have incoming traffic rtsp to my wowza and I don´t know how stop it.

Take a look at the Media Security feature that is included with version 3.5 (formerly a free Add-on). Download [MediaSecurity\_2.0.zip](https://www.wowza.com/downloads/forums/mediasecurity/MediaSecurity_2.0.zip) and open the included **WowzaMediaServerMediaSecurity\_UsersGuide.pdf**. On page 10 of this document, an example security configuration is listed.
**Important:** The MediaSecurity AddOn features are automatically built-in with Wowza Media Server 3.5. You should not use the AddOn packages with Wowza Media Server 3.5 as unexpected results can occur. I am referring you to the [MediaSecurity\_2.0.zip](https://www.wowza.com/downloads/forums/mediasecurity/MediaSecurity_2.0.zip) file in order for you to access the RTSP Authentication setup instructions.
