# hosted page shows nothing & payment issue?

Hello.

I was using wowza cloud very well since couple of years ago.

However, I was experiencing that nothing is showing from couple of days ago.

And I realized that my payment was failed due to the expiration of credit card. From that time on, the hosted page was not showing anything.

So, I updated my credit card with new one and got the email saying the payment was successful.

I tried to see how the host page works well, but there comes the same result. I thought the wowza may take time to update all.

Waited 1 more day to update.

And tried it again, but nothing is shown in my hosted page.

Do you have any similar experience?
