# Home page not found

When i login and click home link button then this error is raised “Sorry there was an error getting to (server/vhost/startupstreams/view.htm)::404”

Hi Muhammad,

If you’re referring to the Home page in Wowza Streaming Engine Manager, please can you confirm if the other pages work without issue?

I recommend that you create a ticket with our support team by sending an email to support@wowza.com.

When creating a ticket, please include a description of the problem, a link to this thread for reference and a ZIP file containing the following directories:

[Wowza-Install]/conf/

[Wowza-Install]/logs/

[Wowza-Install]/transcoder/

[Wowza-Install]/manager/logs/

Please make sure you provide logs which show Wowza server starting.
