# HLS Streaming

i keep seeing this error in log i just recently got latest version of wowza now i see this. Errror.

HTTPStreamerAdapterSmoothStreamer.onManifest: LiveStreamPacketizer not found [live/myStream/Manifest]: smoothstreamingpacketizer

i never had this issue on 2.2.3

now i have none working iOS devices ☹

any help would be great Thanks

Hello,

It looks like the playback clients are requesting the Smoothstreaming playback URL.

You should try requesting the Apple HLS URL:

```auto
http://WowzaIP:1935/live/myStream/playlist.m3u8

```

Can you open a support ticket by sending an email to support@wowza.com?

Please send us an archive your Wowza configuration and log files. Make sure to send a detailed description of your current setup and describe what is not working as it should.

ok i fixed that part

i see this on the access log also on ipad it says file could not be played

ipad is working on old wowza nothing was changed on site when i installed new wowza it was a fresh server install
