# HLS issues with Playback Security

Hi,

I’m using playback security with HLS stream and Flowplayer, and sometimes im getting the error “Video file not found”, for example I run on the first time but if i refresh the page I get this error

Thanks for contacting the Wowza Community

Here is some information to our Streamlock service. I suggest using this and this will solve your issue.

[Streamlock](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-get-ssl-certificates-from-the-streamlock-service)

Your issue is you are streaming over port 1935 and not using HTTPS

Updating to the streamlock service and playback URL will resolve your issue.
