# Help! Wowza Load Balancer Setup Fail

Hi
I have followed the instructions to install the Load Balancer with AWS Wowza AMI on this page.

I downloaded Load Balancer 4.0 to install it with Wowza Streaming Engine 4- Pro Edition -HVM–4-6-0 on AWS EC2.
The setup is as below:
Camera -\> Origin Server -\> Edge Server \<- Load Balancer Server \<- User
I’m trying with only 1 x Edge Server now.
Followed the instructions on README to add the required xml tags on Load Balancer server and Client server.
As I’m using RTMP, I have created an “Application” named “redirect” using the Engine Manager Interface. I assume the Application is a Edge Application as there is no specification on how to create the “Application”. I added the into the Application.xml.
After all the setup, I did a stop and start of the Engine for both Load balancer server and Edge Server.
I tried to test the Load balancer with http://[load balancer address]:1935/loadbalancerInfo and I got no client connected.
Testing with http://[Load balancer address]:1935/redirect/[app name]/[stream name]/loadbalancer.smil , I got error response with the following error log on server.
Question, what do we use for the [app name] under the origin and edge setup? is it the edge app name or the origin app name?
No Load Balanced servers available
I need this to be setup and it’s urgent. Anyone has any idea how to debug or resolve this or could help in setting up the load balancer.
