# HELP!!! I can't log in!

I am unable to log in this morning. It also won’t let me create a new account. I have an event starting shortly…

Check the [wowza-install-dir]/conf/admin.password file

Make sure it is there and what the credentials are for username and password.

It was actually a problem logging in to the Cloud console this morning. It’s fixed now. And just in time - I had about 5 minutes before my event started.
