# Help, how to convert video fps to below 5

Sorry i m a newbie here. I clip a part of a video and i want to make a gif so i decide to change the fps of my video which is 30fps, i want convert it into 5 less fps per second to make a gif, i find a [60fps video converter](http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/60fps-converter.html) on the internet but after i open it there is no fps option under 10. What should i do now?

Have you ever tried Acethinker Video Master? I always use it to convert video to flv video for my website, works pretty well. After you import the video into the software, in the setting panel, you can customize the video fps. Hope it helps you.
