Hi,

Welcome to the Wowza Media Systems forum.

When asking or answering any questions on this forum, please be sure to give plenty of detail to allow other users to easily follow what you’re saying.

If you would like assistance in the future it’s also a great idea to include the troubleshooting steps you have already taken to try and resolve the issue you’re seeing.

The [List of All Articles](https://www.wowza.com/docs/) is a great source of information to help you configure your server/applications.
