# got a problem with restreaming from IP-Camera(RTSP)

we tried to re-stream video from an IP camera (RTSP-streaming), I followed the document to setup and create the stream file. but It did not work. the error message showed bellow

but I can play the original rtsp url on vlc player.

any idea to shoot this trouble ???😕

This log message indicates Wowza cannot connect to the source, either a network problem or problem with the source, or perhaps a typo in the client or StreamManager when you start the stream.

Are you getting any other errors in the logs?
