# External Player: can not reach Media

Hey I’m trying to get my livestream in [procdn.live](https://www.procdn.live/) Player.  
However it says it can not find the stream. I guess the format is wrong?  
Source: rtmp://xxxxxx.entrypoint.cloud.wowza.com/app-xxxxxxxx/_**(also stream name here?)**_  
Type: HLS

I’m happy for any help…
