# Error in connection Counts when Transcoder addon is active

Hello, I will explain the issue

When the transcoder is running, Wowza counts wrong concurrent users connected THROUGH the connectioncounts and serverinfo, is there any solution for this? since the statistic is very important in these cases.

Hi,

So that we can investigate this issue, please collect [debug information](https://www.wowza.com/forums/showthread.php?15872-How-to-collect-debug-information-to-help-debug-connection-count-problems) on your stats, and send us the generated files, including your conf/ and logs/ files, to support@wowza.com. You would need to send the email from an address that is listed as a valid support contact.
