Hi,

We want to use the server side api to modify the video. In particular we want to dewarp panaromic video before it is send to the clients.

My question is where in the proces can we do this? It seems we need the Encoder Add on to grab the frames but can someone give us a framework of api methods that we should do to grab the frames, and put the updated (dewarped) frames back into the stream?

Thanks.

Hi there,

This is going to take some work, but I believe it is possible.

This forum thread talks about how you might go about it. [See andrew\_k’s comment here](https://www.wowza.com/forums/showthread.php?34275-Can-you-inject-or-receive-raw-video-audio-from-wowza#3)

Along with this post you can check out another forum users examples here:

I hope this is helpful. Beyond this you may choose to seek a consultant. You can post a request to the [find a consultant forum](http://community.wowza.com/c/-/7) if you decide you need additional help getting this working.
