This is weird issue. I have almost 4-7 Edge Server Pointing to Origin server. While loading HLS stream, some times Edge Server returns Empty HLS list. Here is empty list ```auto HTTP/1.1 200 OK Accept-Ranges: bytes Server: WowzaStreamingEngine/4.2.0 Cache-Control: no-cache Date: Thu, 20 Apr 2017 18:46:24 GMT Content-Type: application/vnd.apple.mpegurl Content-Length: 25 #EXTM3U #EXT-X-VERSION:3 ``` Any kind of hint/clue, where to debug or how to debug, would be a great help. I tried my all possible ways. Thanks ---

Hello, Thanks for contacting the Wowza Community We would need the log files for this issue. Can you open a ticket and submit the log files of a edge server that had the issue and a timeframe? [Ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) regards, Jermaine ---
