I’m using Wowza Streaming Engine to stream pre released movies that we’ve made, to some people. I am trying to put some dynamic information text (user email, username, date, time etc.) on the video while streaming, to track the video files if the users download the video and share.

I tried to search the forums but couldn’t find any usable information.

Any way that i can do this?

You could attempt this with our AMF (Action Message Format) metadata workflow. Please refer to these docs to see the support we currently offer for text overlay.
