Hi, I am new to Wowza and would like to know if there is any module or way through which we can enable on the fly multi-bitrate stream creation for a VOD. Do respond if you have any idea regarding this.

No, this is not possible to do ABR streaming with a single video file. As I said in your other [post here:](http://community.wowza.com/t/-/46064)
> You will need multiple renditions(copies of the video at alternate bit-rates) that are key frame aligned.
