I’ve enabled the `rtpDePacketizerPacketSorterLogPacketLoss` property in WowzaStreamingEngine settings to track dropped frames. I know certain cameras on the network are experiencing dropped frames today, but I can’t seem to find any related error logs entires.

My question is: what is the verbiage that I should be searching for to find information surfaced by the `rtpDePacketizerPacketSorterLogPacketLoss` property?

Hi [@Paul Oginni](http://community.wowza.com/community/questions/51528/dropped-frame-logging-verbiage.html#), I checked with the engineers and they said that you would get RTPDePacketizerWrapperPacketSorter.packetLoss as an entry in your logs with additional information.

You are more than welcome to submit a support ticket if you’d like us to take a closer look to see if something is not configured correctly.

Hi Rose,

- After about a month, we’re still not seeing the “RTPDePacketizerWrapperPacketSorter” string come through in the logs.
- We have enabled the “rtpDePacketizerPacketSorterLogPacketLoss” property in the Wowza configuration
- Is there something additional that we need to do in order to make sure that these events are captured in our logs?
