# does RTSP/RTP work with adaptive bit rate?

It wasn’t clear to me if the Wowza server/transcoder will send an appropriately encoded bit rate to a RTSP/RTP client based on RTCP feedback from the client? Or does the server/transcoder ABR feature only work for HTTP Live Streaming, Smooth Streaming, etc.?

Right, no, ABR is not supported for RTSP.
