I am experiencing an issue where the webRTC output in HTML5 video element is only rendering a new frame once every 7.5 seconds. This issue is occurring in both Chrome and Edge, in the Wowza play developer playground and the React version from GitHub, as well as the vanilla JS/HTML version that can be found in the codepen example.

This issue does not occur in Firefox. The video appears to stream normally there.

Any suggestions?
