Cylinder Head Rebuild?

How often are you guys refreshing your LO heads? Do you typically lap the valves or replace? Grind the seats? How about spring replacement?

I’m just curious as I have a couple of seasons of sprint racing on mine… It runs great and I do not think it has lost any performance (at least what I can tell).
