# Custom module to limit outgoing bandwidth for application

- We need to have a solution (custom module) to limit outgoing traffic per application. Currently Wowza has a module to limit application connections but we need to limit by bandwidth.

- Operating system: solution should be OS independent

- Additional Software/Network/Integration requirements: we want to to have not just jar file but also the source code

- Timescales/Delivery date: flexible

- Budget: no particular budget
