# crossdomain.xml not accessable

I have an edge server inside a private network that is not letting me see the crossdomain.xml file

when I try it at [http://privateip/crossdomain.xml](http://privateip/crossdomain.xml) I get nothing. all of my public server expose this file properly.

Running ubuntu server, wowza version 3.1.2 build1624
