# Could not start wowza streaming engine manager 4.3.0 on windows 7

Hello,

I am having trobbel starting wowza streaming engine manager 4.3.0 on windows 7 64bit, here is steps that I have followed in order to do so:

1- run services.msc -\> OK

2- In the Services window, right-click Wowza Streaming Engine 4.3.0 and choose Start -\> OK

3- Confirm that the engine is running [http://localhost:1935](http://localhost:1935) -\> OK

4- Start Wowza Streaming Engine Manager. Switch to the Services window, right-click Wowza Streaming Engine Manager 4.3.0, and choose Start -\> KO (It starts and then stop right after that), so when I go to ([http://localhost:8088/enginemanager](http://localhost:8088/enginemanager), nothing shows up !)

Hi rafaelSorel,

There could be a number of reasons why the Manager service is not running, such as a problem with another service binding to the manager port 8088. Please test with [launching the Manager program via standalone](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-start-and-stop-wowza-streaming-engine-software#startManStandWin), and post the console output for review.
