# Continuous Key Frame errors in Wowza cloud

I continue to see a “!” in Wowza Cloud Live Streams coming from both Wirecast and OBS encoders.

Is there a setting to correct this?

Inbound: ConnectedYes

Inbound Bitrate: Actual3503.5 Kbps

Outbound Bitrate: Actual687.3 Kbps

Outbound Bitrate: Configured14056.0 KbpsC

PU UsageFrame

SizeFrame

Rate30 FPS

Keyframe Interval250 GOP

Total Unique Viewers

We have Wirecast set at 30FS and the KeyFrame Interval set at 60.

We have seen the video stream intermittently stop. However, using anther service at one bitrate solves the issue.

With OBS, you should try the settings below and should see a better result:

If you still see odd results, please open a ticket with the support team so we can drill down on the specific live stream on your account for best insight.

Thank you for the OBS setting. Do you have a similar setting

recommendation for Wirecast?
