# Como conectar Vmix con Wowza

No puedo conectar Vmix con Wowza

Ayuda cuando presiono: Login and Update Channels me aparece lo sig.

Provider.Login

y al presionar Start me aparece el sig. error:

FFMPEG.Exited Streaming [rtmp @ 12036340] Cannot open connection tcp://579014.entrypoint.cloud.wowza.com:1935 rtmp://client24923:4018e5b7@579014.entrypoint.cloud.wowza.com:1935/app-1371/a0fe6d8b: Input/output error

Hello,

I could not locate that stream in Wowza Cloud nor in your trial. However, the Wowza Cloud live stream must be running prior to attempting to connect your vMix encoder. If you have additional issues, I would suggest [opening a support request](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) for us to investigate your issue further.
