UPDATE: For any of you having issues logging in to take your your Pearson Vue tests or watch videos, you will need to contact your Administrator there. We cannot assist you with figuring out your network issues with Wowza, we just support the stream behind the scenes for Pearson overall.
Pearson Vue would have to be the ones to help you with getting your system up to speed. So I just wanted to save you some time and trouble and offer you this advice. I know that it shows our name when you have an issue, but you need to contact your administrator and if they can’t fix it, they are able to contact our technical support team.
