# Choppy/Stuttering Audio

Hi,
I have an RTP stream fed into Wowza. I am using stream files tab to pick this MpegTS IP stream.
When I try to transcode this to H.264/AAC, I see timecode out of order issues in error log.
But when I enable mpegTSAudioAligned feature under Stream File --\> Properties --\> MpegTS and set it to True, the timecode out of order error disappears but when I playback this transcoded H.264/AAC stream, the audio is terribly choppy.
Any ideas how to sort this?

Hello,
I would recommend you look in to changing the RTP Jitter Buffer properties that are [outlined here](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-publish-and-play-a-live-stream-mpeg-ts-based-encoder#align).
In addition to enabling _mpegTSAudioAligned_ you can also increase the buffer time in _rtpDePacketizerPacketSorterBufferTime._
