CEA-608 how to use in smil file for sub titles and example of CEA-608 closed captions format.
i want use CEA-608 subtitle type in the video player.I want to get that subtitles in GoogleCromeCasting time. For that i am using CEA-608 subtitle type. Can i get example of CEA-608 file format and smile file example by calling CEA-608 subtitle.

Are you working with VOD or Live streams?
We have a few articles that explain how CEA-608 captions work with Wowza Engine.

VOD streams:

In both cases the captions are embedded in the stream and are not a separate file when the stream hits Wowza Engine. For the .smil file you would simply add a block that looks something like this:
